CMVH’s COVID-19 Plan

At Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital, we are focused on the medical experience of our clients and patients. Now, more than ever, in light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focused on the health and safety of all our clients, patients and staff, without compromising the quality of our veterinary services.

In the interest of all of our clients and staff, the CMVH team requests that any clients who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, or diarrhea refrain from coming to the facility and have a family member or friend bring their pet or reschedule your appointment entirely. CMVH staff members will be minimizing direct human-to-human contact while following all recommended hygiene practices.

Operational Adjustments

We are happy to announce that Veterinary Services are allowed to continue to operate and offer a full range of services.

Our current hours of operation:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am – 5:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm.

Please note we are currently booking 1-3 weeks ahead for wellness appointments.

Due to increasing demands and manufacturer back orders, we continue to experience delays in receiving shipments from some of our suppliers for food, medications, and even our hospital supplies. With this in mind, we would recommend placing your food and medication orders at least 7 days ahead in order to ensure they arrive on time for when your pet needs them.

Our online store (www.myvetstore.ca/cmvh) is always open for food and pet product purchases such as treats, toys, grooming supplies, and more. These items can be purchased from the comfort of your home and delivered right to your front door!

Our waiting room is open & in-person appointments are available!

  • We are beyond excited to announce that after 2 long years, our waiting room is open again! This means you no longer need to call when you arrive, just come on in and we can assist you in person! We can’t wait to see you all!
  • If for any reason you would prefer a curbside appointment please let us know when you book your appointment and then just give us a call when you arrive in the parking lot and we can assist you from there!
